Charles Murphy

Charles Henry Murphy (age 88) Was born September 23, 1935 in Boston, MA to parents Henry and Florence (Hanson) Murphy. He was the 1st of 5 children. He married Arlene Mark (deceased) on June 30, 1963. 

He enlisted in the US Air Force and became a navigator in the F101 VooDoo until he left the Air Force in 1969. Charles moved to Arvada Colorado and became an engineer and spent 20 years with the Coors Brewing Company. He loved playing golf and building golf clubs for himself, family and friends. 

After retiring he moved to Windsor Colorado and enjoyed time going to the gym and catching up with the many friends and neighbors he became close to. He is survived by his sons Scott Murphy of Windsor, CO and Brian Murphy of Chandler, AZ with two grandchildren Spencer and Brant. He passed away peacefully at home with loved ones on August 15, 2024.
