Ernest Blake Crownover was born on November 28, 2000 in Karaganda, Kazakhstan.
He was adopted by his parents Ernie and Jennifer Crownover on June 4, 2001.
He was a 2019 graduate of Windsor High School and then proceeded to continue his academic and lacrosse career at Saint Leo University in Florida.
Blake passed away the morning of January 15, 2020.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ernest E. Crownover Jr. and Ramona Crownover.
Blake is survived by his parents Ernie and Jennifer Crownover; his three sisters Lindsey, Ashley, and Mariah; his brother Dylan; his great grandfather Robert Goodman; several grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to the Blake Crownover memorial in care of First Advantage Bank, 4532 McMurry Ave.# 100., Fort Collins, Colorado 80525, Attention Matthew Beck.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday January 24, at Timberline Church, 360 E. Crossroads Blvd., Windsor. A reception will follow at Bethel Lutheran Church, 328 Walnut St., Windsor.
