Faith Isabell Morrison of Greeley Colorado passed away on Sunday February 19th, 2023, at the age of 86 from declining health. Faith was born in Custer, South Dakota on July 29, 1937, to Goldie and Dayton Paul Krikham.
Faith was preceded in death by her husband Robert H Morrison of Masonville, CO, Mother Goldie Bauer, Father Dayton Paul Kirkham, Brothers Robby Bauer, Terry Bauer, and Sonny Kirkham.
Survivors include her sister Linda Gasser of Wickenburg, AZ, sister-in-law Claudia Young of Santa Fe, NM; Sons Bobby M. Morrison of Alaska, Bo & Sheri Morrison of Carr, CO, and Bart & Stephanie Morrison of Greeley, CO; Grandchildren Faith Morrison, Robert Morrison, Lacy Jo Rinehart (Morrison), Dusti Morrison, Dillan Morrison, Scarlett Folot, Kendra Folot and Grady Folot; two Great Grandchildren Paisley and Paige Miller; and Nieces/Nephews Jason Bauer, Tyler Bauer, Robin Gasser, Clyde Gasser, Rhonda Shill and Wade Gasser, and many more family members.
Faith graduated from High School in Durango, CO in 1956. After graduation she attended FFA Training in Camdenton, MO. Faith then decided she did not like landing plans, so she then took a job with the Bell Phone company as a Switchboard Operator.
On a trip to Phoenix to visit her sister Linda, Faith met her husband Robert Morrison, and they were married in 1959. They both shared a love for the ranching lifestyle and lived in Arizona, Colorado, South Dakota, and New Mexico. A few of her favorite places she lived and talked about were the Soapstone Ranch in CO as well as Safety Pin Ranch and Spyder Ranch in AZ. Faith also worked as a cook a Vern’s Restaurant in LaPorte, CO, and worked at the Namaqua Hill Market, making her first Colorado friend Babe Love.
