Robert “Gene” Lewis (85) passed away peacefully on December4, 2023 with his family lovingly by his side.

Gene was born March 22, 1938 in Denver Colorado. Gene graduated from North High school, received his Bachelor Degree from Colorado University and went on to receive his Masters from Colorado University.

Gene was married to his wife Betty on April 4, 1959.

Gene worked on the railroad as an engineer driver, he also worked at NASA in Houston, Texas as an electrical engineer and finished his career and retired from Lockheed Martin in Littleton Colorado.

Gene is survived by his wife Betty of 64 years.

Son Bob and wife Kelly six grand children and seven great grandchildren

Daughter Linda and Husband Kurt 2 grandchildren and great grandchild on the way

Daughter Kristin and husband Kevin 4 grandchildren and eight great grand children and another great grand baby on the way

Daughter Jennifer two grandchildren and two great grandchildren

Gene will be remembered for all the Love he gave to his family . He truly loved each and everyone, and if you knew Gene you knew you were loved. Gene was kind to all As he knew no stranger. Gene will be greatly missed.

Gene’s Celebration of life will be held at Marks funeral home 9293 Eastman Park Ave
