George Kenneth (Ken) Martin, born October 27, 1936 in Jefferson City, Missouri to George and Emillie (Wyss) Martin, and departed this life to live in heaven on February 22, 2022 having recently moved to Windsor, Colorado. He was raised in Dixon Missouri and St. Louis, Missouri, graduating from Normandy High School in St. Louis. He worked as a draftsman/designer in St. Louis as a young man, then moved to Southern California in the early1960's and entered employment in the aerospace industry at Aerojet General Corporation at that time, working there as a mechanical design engineer until his retirement in 1992. He married his wife of 57 years, Patricia Ann (Pat) Chamberlin in January 1965, and lived in Upland, California until his retirement. Upon retirement his dream was to travel, so they RV'd full-time for 7-1/2 years, traveling all over the United States until taking up residence in Congress, Arizona in 2000. Ken loved the Lord Jesus Christ and was active in church work in both California and Arizona. He was a member of Wickenburg Bible Fellowship. Due to declining health, they moved to Colorado in March 2020. Ken loved camping and travel; his hobby was working in stained glass. He leaves behind 3 beautiful children: Christi (Bill) Milliken of Windsor, Colorado; Jeffrey Martin of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; and Mitchell Martin of Lake Elsinore, California; one brother Norman Martin of Upland, California; 11 grandchildren: Eric Larson; Monica (Larson) Macias; Steven Larson; Amber Milliken; Noah Milliken; Chloe Milliken; Brynne Martin; Zachary Martin; Aubrey Martin; Naomi Martin; and Trevor Martin; and 5 great-grandchildren: Keira, Kendall, and Raymond Macias; Penny and Asher Larson.
