Kathy Sue Starck

Kathy was born on January 9, 1948 passed away peacefully on Friday April 7, 2023.

Kathy was born to Alvin and Geraldine Uhrich. She grew up in Fort Collins, Co with her sister Judy Ridnour and brother Steve Uhrich.

Kathy worked for many years serving the next generation. Working for different school districts throughout her career. Kathy was not just your typical lunch lady. She loved each and every kid that she had the pleasure of serving.

Kathy married Theodore at Bethel Lutheran Church on July 18, 1986. Together the 2 had a beautiful family. Tammy Schall (husband Sam) Teri Bertram. Kirk Starck (wife Andrea), Rhonda Sandquist (husband Brett), Jackie Jacoby (husband Scott).

Kathy attended Bethel Lutheran Church and loved bingo, bunco ,and her coffee groups, but her favorite was her trips to Blackhawk.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents Alvin and Geraldine Uhrich.

Kathy is survived by her husband Theodore Starck and children Tammy Schall (husband Sam) Teri Bertram. Kirk Starck (wife Andrea), Rhonda Sandquist (husband Brett), Jackie Jacoby (husband Scott). Grandchildren Kendall Johnson, Julian Chavez, Saliz Chavez, Jayden Bertram, Dustin Fisher, Baylee Alarid, Cooper Sandquist, Derek Jacoby, Gunnar Jacoby, Dillon Starck. Great grandchildren Lux Gabala, Theodore Fisher, Wrenley Alarid.
