Michael Tegeder

Michael C. Tegeder, child of God, was called back to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, August 26, 2022.  Mike was born April 1, 1940, the first child of James and Maxine Tegeder.  He graduated from Glenwood IA. high school in 1958 and entered the Army National Guard with his friends.  He served for six years.  Mike met the love of his life, (Linda) on December 26, 1960.  They were married for 60 years, celebrating their anniversary this year.  They were blessed with three children, Steven, Michael Jeffrey (Hilda), and Michelle(Seth Myers) and three wonderful grandchildren, Ella, Mason, and Avery Myers.  He is also survived by his sisters, Mary Rabiola, Dee (Bunk) Warner, and brother, Paul (Terry).  Mike worked for Packaging Corporation of America in Omaha, NE for 43 years, retiring in 2006.  He enjoyed fishing, remodeling, and was an avid reader.  He also was a Trivial Pursuit junky, and enjoyed playing cards and games with the family.

 

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 Saturday, September 10 at Zion Lutheran Church in Loveland, Co.
