Thelma Louise (Klingaman) Hobbs was born on March 22, 1927, and passed away May 11, 2022, at the age of 95. Thelma graduated from Newton High School in Newton, Iowa, and would later marry John Leroy Hobbs. To this union, three children were born. Thelma helped support her family by cleaning and caring for multiple families. She lived in Greeley for 62 years and enjoyed walking downtown for all of her needs and exercising at the Senior Center. In her early years, she enjoyed water skiing, boating, camping, and picnics with the family. She loved working in her yard, making her famous applesauce cookies, and music. Thelma attended First Christian Church in Greely, CO. Thelma is survived by her children Richard John (Terry) Hobbs of Evans, CO, and Linda L. Breth of San Ramoan, CA. She was proceeded in death by her parents; Elgin and Minnie (Iiams) Klingaman, her stepmother Susie Meier, her husband John Leroy Hobbs, her son John Thomas Hobbs, granddaughter Tami Casey and her three siblings; Forrest Klingaman of Minnesota, Helen Brown Of Iowa, and Doris Hicrey of Iowa.
